About the Role:
As a Support Coach at TRU LIVING, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life. Join our dynamic team in sunny San Diego, CA, where your passion for helping others can truly make a difference!
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support and coaching to clients in various life skills areas.
- Develop personalized action plans to help clients achieve their goals.
- Conduct regular assessments to track client progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Facilitate group workshops and activities to promote skill development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Encourage and motivate clients through positive reinforcement and feedback.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in coaching and personal development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in coaching, counseling, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in coaching or relevant field preferred.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse client needs and situations.
- Background check clearance required.
